Fast service and friendly staff for a weekend lunch. The lunch specials are available every day, including weekends. Family enjoyed the variety of high-quality sashimi, tonkotsu ramen, sushi burrito, tempura, and rolls.
I ordered two ramens, vegetable tempura, and chicken teriyaki. All the dishes were good, and the lunch menu prices were reasonable and satisfying. The server was also kind, making the overall experience excellent. With great food, fair prices, and kind service, I highly recommend visiting to satisfy your hungry soul.

Delicious ramen and sushi. Short to medium wait depending on size of party and if busy. Stellar wait staff, and service!! We came with a 9 person party/group post NAMM show, and accommodated all our requests. Lots of options on the menu. Fun Birthday experience if dining in. Option for a drive-thru which is super convenient for a last-minute pivot. Will be back again in less than 7 days for another delicious meal!!
Awesome food, service in a drive thru or dine in restaurant. I was a little set back as it looked like a drive thru but ended up ... gotta come back for more. We were stuffed after a tiger roll, sashimi, and tempura. Largest serving size and super fresh fish, tasty rolls , crusty-light tempura. “Happy hr” drinks all night long!! One of the best Jap-exican fusion menu. Outstanding immigrant ingenuity!
Our family loves Kaiba. We go here when we can, and also for birthdays. Service is fast and food is consistently good over many years. Kaiba knows good sushi and I love the Poke Tuna bowl... so fresh!
We went here last night for our anniversary, the service was stellar, food was amazing! Best miso soup I have ever had, the sushi and sashimi was top notch. Our server (I forgot her name but she had braces) was amazing and double checked our order for us before bringing it out. All around wonderful experience! We will be eating here again next time we're in the area. Highly recommend!
